Old West Coast Road

We have a tiny home available next to trees however sharing a large paddock with some sheep. Upstairs loft has a queen sized bed. The home has a washing machine and fridge. Separate bathroom with shower and toilet.

We are on 5.2 hectares of land about 10 minutes in the car west of the road that goes past the airport. We are a family of 4 (2 adults and twin 7 year old boys) Have about 18 sheep, 8 chickens and tunnels houses and fruit trees for growing much of our food. 1 cat is ok however no dogs. Internet $5 per week, Power $10 per week and if have extra gear to store away $5 per week. We are looking for a quite, single mature person. Prefer with friendly nature, single vehicle, stable income and good past references.
