Rachael and I have just bought this property, and are looking to rent out two of the bedrooms to help pay off this crazy mortgage. We don’t settle there until 19th September, so would be looking to have flatmates maybe a week after.

The property itself is large, and the lounge is sunny. We loved the house enough to buy it, so we expect you will be happy with it too. In my opinion however, the best part about this house is how close it is to both the motorway and the train station.

Rachael and I are relatively quiet. We will maybe have people over two or three times a year. That’s of course not to say that you can’t have anyone over, as long as they don’t trash the place. We don’t want any drugs on the premises either (alcohol is totally fine though). We will also be getting two kitties shortly after moving in.

Tanner - I’m the quiet one. It’s not because I’m shy but simply because I actually just don’t like talking. I cook for myself and Rachael and I work the old 9-5, but while I’m home, I won’t be out of my room much. I do enjoy gaming, so if anyone plays WoW or Rust or similar I’d be stoked.

Rachael - Currently working in admin within the healthcare sector. Will be working from home occasionally. I am a self-taught Crocheter 🧶 and a major bookworm 📖. Out of the two of us, I am the more social one between myself and Tanner.
