About the room
Rachael and I bought this property September 2023, and have loved every second of it. We’ve had two flatmates to help us out with the mortgage, but one of them is moving out from September to March, so we’re looking for a replacement for this time.
The house itself is at the end of a very quiet and safe cul-de-sac, away from the general tenacity of Otahuhu. There’s a decent sized lawn, and the neighbours are nice.
Unfurnished. If you find that you have a lot of stuff, there is a huge amount of storage space in the garage. Feel free to use as much of that as you like.
We all do our own dishes and washing, but we share chores like vacuuming and lawnmowing etc.
About the roomies
Tanner - I’m the quiet one. I cook for myself and Rachael and I work the 9-5, but while I’m home, I won’t be out of my room much.
Rachael - Currently working in admin within the healthcare sector. Will be working from home occasionally. I am a self-taught Crocheter 🧶 and a major bookworm 📖. Out of the two of us, I am the more social one.
Bongo and Banjo - Two cats who spend most of their time in our room or in the estuary.
