Hello everyone :) I have one sunny unfurnished bedroom available for rent from the 30th July. The bedroom fits a queen sized bed and has a built in wardrobe. This is not a party house but I don’t mind the odd platter and drink, must be respectful of shift work. Looking for someone similar age, working professional and that is clean and tidy. The house is fully furnished you just need your bedroom furniture. Located in Hillmorton Close to the port hills and city. I have a cat so no more pets.
