Room available in sunny home in Nelson South. The room fits a queen bed and some drawers/furniture and has a built in wardrobe. Although mainly unfurnished there is a King size bed available if required. There is also additional storage available in the house and garage. The flatmate would be sharing a toilet and bathroom with one other person.

There are two outside patios and plenty of outdoor space and garden, including a veggie patch and fruit trees.

The house is located in Nelson South. It’s an easy bike or walk into town, 5 min walk to the hospital. Various schools and parks in the area.

Rent is $210 pw and includes water, recycling, rubbish, wifi, Netflix, only power not included and gets split between the flatmates. Pets negotiable, no smokers.

Two existing flatmates. 2x females, both working in healthcare­. Mid 20s to early 30s. 1x playful and cuddly Jack Russell pup, 6 months old.
