An easy drive to Massey University. Walking distance to the river walkway and Hokowhitu Lagoon. Close to bus stops. Power, internet and waste management split monthly. On street parking only. Bond plus one week’s rent in advance. No access to the garage. One current cat but no more pets sorry. Will be a contracted tenant.
