1960’s brick house. Fully insulated with wood burner, heatpump and HRV system. 3 minutes walk to New Brighton beach or the Heathcoat Avon estuary. There is also a sleepout which is just a room which you could stay in if preferred, it has power but you would need to come to the main house for the kitchen and bathroom. I can send photos to you if uou would prefer this option. Couples would be $250 per week with all bills included.

Early 30s female, currently a full time distance student that also works 20+ hours per week. Every secound week my dog Finn stays. He is medium-large and can be high energy at times. Being dog friendly is a must. You would be expected to lock the gate everytime you leave when the dog is here. I’m very chill and don’t drink or party much. Often at the gym, walking or gardening.
