I have secured this nice modern three bedroom rental property on Canterbury Street in Lyttelton and am looking for two housemates to make a 3 person home. The rooms are avaliable early August.

The home is spacious with lovely views from the dining and living room. You will be living just a short stroll from the Lyttelton shops.

The pictures contain furniture that isn’t mine - the bedrooms will be unfurnished. Each double room has ample storage and a private sliding door.

There is a garage that we can arrange to share and plenty of parking on Canterbury Street.

Bills are $30 per week.

I’m a 33 year old female with a friendly and gentle nature who works part time as a Massage therapist and studies a library and information course full time. I’d like to share the home with good, reliable people :)
