Two-bedroom, semi-detached house on a quiet back section with a separate portable “Just Cabins” cabin, 3.6 x 2.4m, situated 6m from the front door of the house.

This listing is for the cabin. The room is double-glazed for warmth and quiet, and the north-facing ranch slider opens onto a little deck, perfect for breakfast in the sunshine. The room is furnished with bed, desk, chair, bedside table, and clothes hanger/storage.

I own the house and live in one bedroom with another flatmate/boarder in the second bedroom. The house has a spacious lounge with woodburner and heatpump, separate dining room and modern kitchen, and all-in-one bathroom/laundry with shower, toilet, hand basin, washing machine, and laundry tub. The section is also a very reasonable size with plenty of space for parking, and it backs onto a public reserve with a gate for access. I do most of the housework (e.g. bathrooms, vacuuming) so you have it easy!

There are bus stops not far from the end of the driveway, and we are ideally situated to get to both Nelson and Richmond in 15 minutes or less, traffic dependent.

The two of us who live here are both young Christian females aged 20 and 32 who attend the Reformed Church of Nelson. We are friendly and fun and often share meals and cooking.
