There is just quiet retired me and a large but shy cat called Charlie. Garden so lots of birds.Garage made into hobby entertainment storage area.Very large glasshouse multipurpose both available. Working person or student preferred. Previously I have hosted many overseas students and enjoy this. One condition. For the cheaper rent I would occasionally like assistance eg: in cooking some meals as have lung condition that can be tiring and restrictive…mostly independent.
