Stella's room

5’ish minutes walk to Bush Inn, New World, Countdown, Asian markets and bus stops. 12 min walk to UC. 3 Minutes to orbiter bus stop. At the end of a quiet street. 10 min bus ride to Riccarton mall, 15 to 20 min bus ride to the city centre and 15 min drive to Northlands. Room is fully double glazed, gets afternoon sun, south-west facing window.

Flat has 5 bedrooms, rent is $175 weekly paid every fortnight. We have a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, large washing line, oven, 4 element range, rice-cooker, toaster, bread maker, dehumidifier, Xbox, and microwave. The flat also has 2 bathrooms - one with a shower and sink. All bedrooms have an Ethernet cable hole connected to the router. One of two heat pumps is located directly across from the room for rent. We have a long garage and empty driveway suitable for parking. We have a front and back garden, all lawns are taken care of for free by the landlord.

We are a friendly flat of 2nd year UC engineering and computer science students, there is one girl and 3 guys in our group. We are social with each other, we like to cook shared meals and get tons of free, shared food from our hospitality jobs. We haven’t thrown any parties (we’re open to helping host one!), but we like to spend time with each other playing games, watching movies, going out, and sometimes baking. We’re looking for someone friendly, responsible, and clean. We’re a pretty chill flat and just want someone nice to share the house with :)
