Westbrook area. Single/Double room. Garage/man cave is preferred for having friends over/socializing as have bar leaner, pool table, dart board. Off street parking on a non main road. 4 cats.

Owner occupied. 3 of us currently living here aged 28 & 29. Mainly do our own thing, sometimes can be social.
