Aaron's room

Small room available in Takaro in a recently renovated 5 bdr house. 5 min walk from town and NewWorld. Fully carpeted and insulated. 2 showers, 2 toilets. The room is unfurnished but has wardrobe and wall heater.

Prospective roomie must be emotionally mature, respectful and mindful of others and cleans up after themselves without being prompted. Preferably a post grad student or professional. Must have references.

Not a party flat. A few quiets ok though. Must get on with dogs, there’s two on the property.

We’re a laidback, chilled out flat who are respectful and mindful of each other. Low maintenance. We dont do drama.

The room is small, will only fit a single bed.

$120 per week plus Bond and 2 weeks in advance. Expenses; power and internet are extra.

3 males and a female, all easy going, live in the house already. All professionals who are social and generally keep to themselves as we work all hours.
