The street is relatively quiet. The house is a standalone with a single garage (used for storage). It has a sunny perspective with a good size lounge and large kitchen. The room is a comfortable double with sun over the morning and midday. It has a wardrobe. Great shower (good pressure). Easy care grounds. No pets or smokers.

Professional older male is sole occupant. My daughter stays over night one night per week and every second weekend.
