Karen's room

We have a semi-furnished, semi-self contained studio unit in a quite culdesac in Kelvin Grove waiting for the right person. It comes with its own kitchen, ensuite, mini-lounge and study/storage room. It has a seperate entrance, but the laundry is shared with the main house. Fibre internet, power, gardening all inclusive. (Couple $400). We are ideally after a non-smoking professional or a quite working couple who are looking for their own space to call home.

We are a family of 3 in a large house. Mum, Dad and an 8 year old. We are a professional couple and enjoy the outdoors. We occasionally have international students living with us too.
