Room for rent available early October near South Point. Taking expressions of interest now and viewing in the next few weeks.

• New 3 bedroom home with a fully furnished single room available early October. Single bed, desk, bookcase and double wardrobe with window seat. Access from front door for privacy.
• Currently 1 adult, 1 teen and and my partner at the weekends
• two dogs (18 years and 1 year old)
• a very fluffy cat Must like animals!
• no smokers or vapers
• Ideal applicants would be in full time work or study, tidy, and easy to get along with and like their own company.
• We are not a party house and we’re private, work/study full time so someone quiet preferable.
• includes everything except food. Need to do your own cooking, cleaning and washing. - We have no clothes drier but use the washing line in a large fenced garden or go to the laundromat in Lincoln or Prebbleton.
• must clean up after yourself and keep your room tidy
• close to public transport and lots of street parking
• $250 per week
