A stone’s throw from the beach, the apartment has had a recent freshen-up, including double-glazing and insulation to keep it cosy heading into winter. Lots of sun, with windows on 3 sides. Conveniently located within walking distance of Jackson Street with shops, restaurants, and public transport links (buses from Jackson Street, train stations within walking distance), which make it easy for Wellington or Lower/Upper Hutt commuting. The room itself is NOT furnished, but can accommodate a double bed with space for other furnishings – there are built-in wardrobes, so storage is simple. It is furnished in the communal areas, with a fully-equipped kitchen (including dishwasher) and utility room with washing machine.

You will be sharing the flat with one ongoing flatmate (me) and another flatmate (TBC). I’m quiet, tidy and, when not at work, can be found at the gym or playing social sports. The flat is generally quiet though I’m keen to share a meal or two and be able to have some good conversations and banter!
