Hello, me and my wife have bought this brand new 4 bedroom house in a beautiful location in Waiata Shores, Takanini.

We would prefer to rent out two rooms to professional individual.

The house is of 2 levels, lower level has dining area, kitchen and the living room and a double bedroom plus the big backyard.

The upper level has 3 double bedrooms and an extra living room. 1 bedroom will be occupied by me and my wife and the other 2 double bedrooms are available for the flatmates. The 2 flatmates will share the toilet and bathroom between themselves.

Plenty of parking on the street. The house is 200 meters away from the sea and coastal walk. Beautiful cafe called Song bird in the area and a countdown.

Rent for - Room = $290/week, for single person.

The rent will include reasonable use of Power and Water and unlimited use of Fibre Internet. Bond will be 2 weeks of rent.

Working professional or student, pays rent on time and is considerate to others space in the house. Strictly No smoking or vaping in the house.
