Austen Ward Heights

The views across the bay and ranges are fabulous. The room is a large ensuite room with a walk in wardrobe and balcony access. Couples $330. Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms, a shared bathroom, communal living room, kitchen, balcony (for communal use), garden, several outdoor sitting areas, a downstairs room where I live (owner occupier), a huge double garage for storage, lots of onsite and street parking. Enner Glynn has a good, established neighbourhood, close to schools. Quiet, uphill, no shops. Closest bus stop for either Nelson city, beach or Richmond is an 8min walk down the hill. Property gets morning, midday and evening sun. Some gardening and watering needs to be done when I am out off town. The furniture in the room now differs from the pictures above.

I am 56, active and outdoorsy, out off town a lot, tour guiding. I also like meaningful conversation and connection, or sometimes just relax and read. I’d like to share my place with like minded people. I am vegetarian and do not want any meat cooked in the house. Nor any smoking around the house. There is no TV in the communal space. There are 2 long term
flatmates plus myself.
