This single bedroom is available for a 40+ woman, who is a quiet, professional and has Christian beliefs. This house is alcohol, drugs, vapes and smoke free. It is cosy, heated, and with a built in wardrobe and 2 sets of drawers.

The house and bedroom has DVS so the room is dry, mould-free and stays warm at night. With extra duvets supplied, and an electric blanket, you will be warm.

The single shared bathroom/toilet has a shubb bath, with an extractor fan, and a wall heater. There are privacy locks on the bathroom door.

The washing machine in the laundry is available but there is no dryer. An outside clothes line and 2 lines in the garage are available.

The lounge has a Smart TV, by using the newest Chromecast, with the white remote.

There is a large, covered, sheltered sunny deck, with outdoor furniture.

You can store excess luggage and household packing boxes in the garage, as there is no car in it.

You can park on the driveway even though it is a shared drive, as the back house owners do NOT drive.

Your host is a mature, single woman, with Christian beliefs, just over 60. Naenae is a suburb about 5 km away from the centre of Lower Hutt. The shopping centre of Naenae has a wide range of dairy and takeaway stores, ATMs, 2 pubs/bar, a coffee/bistro, and covered lawn bowls club with associated bar and restaurant. Also 2 chemists, 1 dentist & 1 doctors surgery, . There is the Badminton hall, the cemetery, many churches, the Sikh temple, and in nearby Stokes Valley, the Buddhist temple.

The train line to Waterloo Bus/train Interchange, Wellington, Upper Hutt is 1 km walk away. The bus stop to Waterloo and Hutt Central is a few metres down the road.
