Sunny fully-furnished bedroom available now in Redwood, $180 p/w + power,(internet included) 🌞
Room includes queen-sized bed, nightstands, built-in wardrobe and TV with ChromeCast if you’d like! All you’ll need to bring is bedding!
The house is lovely and sunny with a good backyard. The kitchen is a decent size and there is one bathroom with a separate toilet. We are located down a fairly quiet street, though just a heads up, the house does back onto the train tracks, which hosts roughly 4 trains a day (Plus side of this is extra privacy!). Plenty of street parking available, 16 minute drive to CBD.
We use the 3rd bedroom as a study/storage so there’s a bit of extra space if you need to store some small extra belongings.
No pets or smokers.
About the roomies
You’ll be living with my partner and I, both both 25, easy-going full time workers. Darcy is in car sales and I am a kitchen designer. We are both busy people, but when we get spare time we love going to the gym, walking/hikes, and catching up with friends. On the odd occasion we like to host casual drinks, but for the most part we enjoy a chill night with some Netflix!
The ideal roomie would be in their 20s and working full time. We are open to couples if they don’t mind sharing a bathroom (couple would be $260)! The ideal person/people would be clean & tidy, respectful, social but independent! :)
