The house is Dr. Seuss themed with murals and paintings in the shared spaces. Flat is fully furnished, bedroom will be unfurnished. Generally a very quiet home. Two vegetable garden beds that have potential if you have a green thumb.
No smoking, no couples, and no pets, sorry! We have our dog moving in at the end of September. The rent is $130/wk, including all utilities except for power, and the bond is 2 weeks rent. Move in date August 26th, with some flexibility.
