The house is very warm and double glazed. The property is down a long driveway and very quiet and private. The area is quiet and a few minutes walk to shops , pool/exercise complex. 3.5km from CBD. All whiteware is available and a TV and blu Ray in the lounge. The room has a large modern wardrobe with shelving included.Flatmates must be working fulltime or the equivalent . E.g fulltime on-site studying or studying and working on a long term course. No smoking /vaping
