The room has a built in single wardrobe with a shelf, aswell as a queen size bed that can be happily removed if required.

Pretty much a simple two bedroom flat, fresh carpet, recently renovated bathroom + kitchen. (kitchen/living room open plan). Large back lawn. Has a garage you are more than welcome to store stuff in.

Included in bills: reasonable amount of power, unlimited internet, netflix, toilet roll, laundry powder, general cleaning stuff, a cool flatmate…

Prefer female - either working, full time, or studying. Who is clean, tidy + willing to share house chores. Happy to have a drink or two but not a wild party. Likes to socialise but also happy with alone time.

Looking for: someone who is respectful and has the same vibish. Current flat mate has been living here for just over 2 years however they are moving out of Rotorua for a job opportunity.

About me: originally from England but have called NZ home for the past 10 years! Full time student. Late 20s. Enjoys quiet nights in with Netflix and food however is easily tempted to a cheeky night out on the beers. Easy going and friendly. Go Crossfit 3ish times a week but i’m no fitspo… it just makes me feel good mentally!
