Short term available from 6 April till June 2026. Couples are welcome - price $370 per week. Single and couples price includes internet, power and basic cleaning items for the kitchen.

We are wanting someone clean and tidy who knows how to clean up after themselves.

We often have family stay. The main bathroom downstairs is used by visiting guests. We ask it stays clean, however we do not use it. .

NO smokers, vapers or drug users.

4 bedroom house in Mt Pleasant. Owner occupied. 3 bedrooms downstairs with a bathroom to service them.

Bedroom is furnished with Queen bed, drawers and wardrobe. Double sliding doors open to a deck outside.

Living area, dining and master room upstairs.

Street parking available.

Sunny house with great views and short distance to central city. Many amenities in close proximity including Countdown, Mitre 10 and coffee shops. Short distance to Sumner beach or head into hills behind property for large number of walking tracks.

A small dog live at the property who loves cuddles and attention.

2 existing flatmates. Couple who are professional shift workers, not into partying but enjoy a casual drink.
