Are you after a quiet, relaxed, awesome new house to board in?

I’m after a full time working, single boarder to share my new-build home with a me - social but also relatively quiet and relaxed mid-40’s, woman.

Off Evans Road in central Papamoa. Nice and close to the beach, expressway, and supermarkets etc as well as the Mount of course.

You’ll be living with me only - the owner - in a really nice, safe, relaxing, and spotless house with your own space and privacy - or chats on the couch when we’re both around, and the occasional dinner outing if you prefer :) Located down the end of a small quiet street, you’ll have a car park in the drive. House is fully furnished so you only need to bring your bedroom furniture / toiletries / towels. You have the family bathroom to yourself (except for any visitors we have). I can furnish the room if you prefer.

$350 per week includes your double room (fits a bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, and has a double wardrobe), power, wifi, rates, water, lawns, rubbish, Netflix and Neon. Buy and cook own food.

No couples and no pets sorry.

I am the home owner and the only other person in the house. I work full time and am looking for someone similar, preferably not WFH. I’m a pretty relaxed but super clean person :) Sometimes I go to the gym, sometimes I run, sometimes I sit on the couch and watch Netflix. The house is a quiet sanctuary and relaxing, not a party house at all, but some nights there is nothing better than a couple of drinks on the couch and a good book.
