Hi there. We are looking for a single independent, quiet, clean, and respectful flatmate that doesn’t party or smoke and has a full time job (possibly works night shifts). We live on Paremata Street Atawhai, only 5 minute drive into town and 10 minute drive to Tahunanui. Beautiful views, right next to walking/biking tracks, parks, Miyazu Gardens, four square, and the ocean.

$175 Rent and Water - Weekly $100 Gas - Elgas - Every 3 months $24.30 Wifi - Skinny Broadband Monthly $50 (depending on seasons) Electricity Bill - Electric Kiwi Monthly

Estimate weekly money a WEEK = $201.80 weekly expenses for everything. NOT including food/groceries. You’ll have to do your own meals.

We have been renting this place for almost 3 years and have just got permission from our Rental company and Landlords to get ONLY 1 flatmate (no boyfriends or girlfriends coming to stay nights).

This is a beautiful and peaceful home with 3 rooms. Your room has a slide door that opens out onto a deck and into the garden. It has a wardrobe and a on-wall switch heat pump, but the house has a fireplace. We also have a single bed available to put up if need be.

We also run a business cooking Thai Chilli, so Mondays I will sometimes be cooking Chilli sauce in the kitchen or working in the office. Please be mindful.

House has:

• 1 toilet
• 1 bathroom space with dryer, washing machine, and shower
• kitchen with gas stove, sink, microwave, oven, toaster, jug, fridge etc.

I am a Teacher and work Tuesday-Friday. My husband is a Mechanic and works full time, we both work in Atawhai, NELSON. I was born in Nelson and Zaw was born in Thailand, so we love to cook a lot of Asian food at home. We like our down time, sitting in the lounge by the fire, eating dinner and watching movies. We are 25 years old.
