AVAILABLE FROM 1 SEPTEMBER to 31 DECEMBER We have a furnished Queen size room available in our character building located at top of Willis/Victoria St close to the CBD. The rent of $300/week includes power and Wifi. Shared expenses are extra but very affordable. The security deposit/bond is $600 and I also ask for 1 week’s rent to be paid in advance. A total of $900 required to pay at the outset and a commitment for a 3-month term is required. We accept weekly, fortnightly, or monthly rent payments to suit. The room is spacious and can easily accommodate 1-2 people. All rooms are furnished with hotel quality beds. Shower is included in the room and there are 3 shared bathrooms plus a communal kitchen, dining area and a couple of lounge areas. This is a No Smoking environment inside, and outside, the building. There is no suitable space for smoking outside or around the building. We can offer a short term tenancy until 31 December 2026 and potential to continue into 2027.
I am currently re-renting some rooms and looking for a good mix of easy-going, clean and tidy folk to share common household tasks and cleaning associated with the running and upkeep of the place. We communicate via WhatsApp for any queries or updates. A total of 6-8 tenants in the building works best with the shared facilities.
