Shared expenses are extra but very affordable. The security deposit/bond is $560 plus 1 week’s rental in advance. A commitment for 3-month minimum term is required. There are 3 shared bathrooms plus a communal kitchen, dining area and a couple of lounge areas. This is a No Smoking environment inside, and outside, the building. There is no suitable space for smoking outside or around the building. We can offer a short term tenancy option until 31 December 2025.

The current tenants are aged from early-mid 20s and share common household tasks and cleaning associated with the running and upkeep of the place.
