Single storey house, down a private drive. Warm Sunny home with lovely views from a beautiful big decked outside area. Bedroom is unfurnished. Modern kitchen with dish washer, gas cooking hobs, electric oven, microwave, air fryer, fridge (no freezer sorry). Large lounge, TV & Leather lounge suite. Shared modern bathroom with shower, bath toilet and hand basin. Seperate second toilet. Laundry has washing machine & currently a dryer (the dryer may go) and there is an outside clothes line. Home has a heat pump and DVS. Rent includes power and wifi. (provide your own food, hygiene products and laundry detergent etc)

Professional friendly female 37 originally from the UK. Works full time and likes things neat and clean. Not a huge fan of parties at home and doesn’t want to come home to a big group of people without prior agreement. Happy to either keep to herself or hang out socially and do a dinner night if you’re keen.
