📍Located in quiet part of Flat bush next to green reservation. Very close to Motorway 1, Ormiston Shopping Centre 7 min, PAK’n SAVE, Warehouse, New World and City Fitness 6 min, Auckland Airport 20 min.

🏠 It’s a cozy high standard brand new fully furnished 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse. Wide open plan living area all on the ground floor with lovely view and a big yard and BBQ area.

Rent also covers maintenance, gardening and lawn moving.

👫 You’ll be living with a young married couple. We both work full time and have pretty busy schedules. We love yoga/exercise, cooking and a relaxing, we are not partiers. We’re happy to do our own things and keep quiet and calm environment, but sometimes we enjoy hanging out so looking for someone the same! However, we spend a lots of time out of the house, so you will have a lot of privacy.

If you work full time, are chill, positive minded and easy to chat with and like to keep healthy, clean and tidy home - you’ll be good fit!
