Annie's room

This is a beautiful period villa - 1904. The room is a lovely private room with french doors onto the back deck and courtyard. In a deadend street near Eastgate Mall, good bus routes, nice and central.

The other person living here is me, the owner and her 11 year old australian kelpie dog. I’m self employed in the arts and have a home office and workroom. I’m relaxed and sociable, not into partying but love dinner parties.
