Lovely established home in quiet area within Four avenues.
Very close walking distance to central city and all training institutions. Room can be furnished or unfurnished (we also have a spare room in a newly built room next door)

We are a professional couple who own the home. Noi is from Thailand and works as a registered Nurse. Jeremy is a property manager and works from an office at home. We often have students stay with us. We are ok with short term or long term stays
