We have one room for rent.

House located in the beautiful and quiet area of Belmont. Bus is 10 minutes walking. Parking available in the yard and on the road.

This room has a double bed and built in warbdrobe, cabinet. The rent is 205 nzd, power, gas, internet, water and shared dishwashing liquid is extra 30 nzd for single person. We also provide breakfast to you at 5 nzd per week.

There’s a deck to be used as social area. Our house has an amazing view, so you will feel so relaxed after work just to stay inside the home. It is very near lower Hutt centre, just few minutes driving.

Not pets or smokers.

Ideal flatmates would working professionals, or students who are tidy, respectful.

My family (me, my husband and my son), 1 couple. I and my husband are both working fulltime. We have a small son who is very cute and well-behaved. The couple is from Philippines, both working full time as well
