Its a large sleep out close to Papamoa mall 5 mins n 5 mins from beach.Nice garden ,room has fridge and you can cook on a 2 plate cooker theres a toaster n a jug .No pets please. You must come in for toilet ,shower n to do dishes.Like quiet working full time person male or female.Price covers wifi and all bills but more if you want a heater in there.gas heaters are fine you pay for gas.
