Beth's room

This has been our guest room and it gets some summer sun, has a queen bed with decent mattress and a double wardrobe. Able to rent unfurnished if preferred.

Our home is a big 70s house in the Western hills with a great view from the balcony overlooking Lower Hutt and a bit of the harbour. Well equipped kitchen with big gas stove and modern bathroom with bath & separate shower (gas hot water). We also have a home gym and an off-street carpark available for use. There’s a small backyard with vege patch, fruit trees and some seating to enjoy the birdlife.

The suburb is quite peaceful and located super close to SH2, Melling train station and central Lower Hutt for shopping etc.

Rent includes power, water, wifi, cleaning products & toilet paper. Supply own food and toiletries.

We’re a professional Kiwi couple (advisor in govt agency and stay at home dad) with a one year old and a mature cat looking for someone to enjoy our spare room over summer
