Steph's room

Hi, my name is Steph, I am advertising on behalf of a flatmate who is leaving. Need to fill asap so please contact me if you’re interested. It is a lockable master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Please note it is for single occupancy only. No couples or children. Double bed and desk and chair available if needed. Built-in double wardrobe. The house itself is a large 5 bedroom, two storey house. The available room is downstairs, the other bedrooms are all upstairs. The house is situated in Hokowhitu, Palmerston North. It is close to Massey University, the river walkway, Hokowhitu lagoon, local shops and bus stops. On street parking only. We do not have access to the garage and no pets sorry.

There are 5 existing flatmates in the house who are either working or studying. Ages range from 20’s to 50’s. Currently 4 males and 1 female so another female to even things out would be good! Ultimately though, we would like someone who is respectful, clean and tidy, Independent and works/studies full time. This is not a party house. Bond plus one week in advance. Bills are extra and divided up evenly every month. New flatmate to be agreed upon by current flatmates. Application is through a property management company.
