About the room
A lockable master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Please note it is for single occupancy only. No couples or children. Not furnished but has a built-in double wardrobe. The house itself is a large 5 bedroom, two storey house. The available room is downstairs. The house is situated in Hokowhitu, Palmerston North. It is close to Massey University, the river walkway, Hokowhitu lagoon, local shops and bus stops. On street parking only. No access to the garage sorry.
About the roomies
There are 5 existing flatmates in the house who are either working or studying. Ages range from 20’s to 50’s. Currently 4 males and 1 female. And one cat! We would like someone who is respectful, clean and tidy, Independent and preferably works/studies full time. This is not a party house. Utility bills are extra and divided up evenly every month.
