A lockable master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Please note it is for single occupancy only. No couples or children. Not furnished but has a built-in double wardrobe. The house itself is a large 5 bedroom, two storey house. The available room is downstairs. The house is situated in Hokowhitu, Palmerston North. It is close to Massey University, the river walkway, Hokowhitu lagoon, local shops and bus stops. On street parking only. No access to the garage sorry.
There are 5 existing flatmates in the house. Ages range from 20’s to 50’s. Currently 4 males and 1 female. And one cat! (But no more pets sorry). Easy going, friendly household but we are all independent and doing our own thing so would suit someone similar. We would like someone who is respectful, clean and tidy and preferably works full-time. This is not a party house. Utility bills are extra and divided up evenly every month.
