Rangitane Street

Hey everyone! We have a granny flat available that we were looking for people to move into next year (from February) at our student flat. Its on a nice street that is super close to supermarkets, dominos ect). The kitchen inside the main house is decently large with lots of storage plus a dining/living room. All communal spaces are fully furnished. We’d be looking for a couple to move into the gran flat outside. Rent is $320 (excluding utilities). It’s a private building with its own bathroom, mini kitchenette and lots of room for desks, couches and storage as the room is very large. The Granny flat is also available for subletting from now untill febuary when tenancy begins. Please just message if you have any questions about this. We are a mix of girls and one guy; early - late 20’s and all studying. We’re not a party flat and are ideally looking for nice, quiet and tidy student or young working couple to come join us! You’d also be living with our flat dog Jake the spaniel who’s a little crazy but amazing to cuddle after a test.
