We are looking for a like-minded outdoorsy, adventurous, and kind-hearted couple (or single) to join us in this modern-build on Clifton Hill, Sumner. This 2019 house is waiting for you to join and call it home.

Your amazingly spacious north-facing room has an ensuite bathroom, a separate entrance, private patio/outdoor space, and reading nook. You could easily set up a home office in there, too!

Shared garage space and outdoor shower to wash off the sand after your beach swims. Massive lawn and deck with a view across the ocean as far as the eye can see!

Move in date would be October 26th. Rent is $335p/wk excluding expenses.

You’d be sharing the space with 31yo occupational therapist Rien from Belgium, 29yo counseling student Lee from the States and 31yo researcher Anahi from Belgium. We are all active, outdoors and like a balance between socialising and quiet time. We also have 2 cats, Sigmund and Martin.
