A double room is available now in this lovely warm house in friendly Mt Taylor, Feilding.

You will have your own toilet and bathroom with a shower and bath. Attached garage with space for your car. The three-bed house has a spacious, open-plan kitchen and lounge and a very large deck perfect for summer days and BBQs. The room has a built-in wardrobe and gets lots of sunlight. There is also storage in the hallway available.

The room is unfurnished, but the house and kitchen are fully kitted out. I have recently moved, so the house furnishing is different to that shown in the photos. I don’t have that many fake flower arrangements.

Quiet friendly neighbours, with a walking/bike track to Feilding if you want to get out of your car.

House currently has no pets so happy for you to bring your furry friends. No smokers please.

You would be living with me a Kiwi engineer who works in Palmerston North (happy to carpool if you want to share petrol costs). I work from home about 2 days a month as I prefer to be in my office in town. I am quite busy with work, friends, and family but have made this my home and would like you to do so too.

Rent is $190 p/w, including bills except for power which fluctuates depending on use. Happy for you to stay for a while or a short term. One-month bond. References to be discussed.
