3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms.

2 rooms available in a near new house in Sovereign Palms, Kaiapoi. House is fully furnished and rooms come with a queen/double bed, side cabinets, and desk. Bigger room comes with a TV and is for couples (negotiable), the smaller room for singles. The rooms also have inbuilt wardrobes. House is warm in winter with double glazing and heat pump which also provides air-conditioning for summer.

Full use of main bathroom however it will also be shared if the second room is filled and will be the guest bathroom.

You will be sharing with a couple (Kiwi & Brazilian) and one dog so bringing an open mind is essential.

Looking for a couple that is financially responsible (working and pays bills on time) and that is clean and tidy. Singles welcome. Prefer Brazilian for cultural aspects but not set in stone.

$320 per week (or $220pw for Single) which includes unlimited Wi-Fi, power and some essential items. Food would be separate however we can discuss shared meals. 2 weeks rent as bond & 1 weeks rent in advance is your move in cost. ($660 single, $960 couple)
