The property is located on Cashmere Road close proximity to the hills with a bus stop and cafe less than a minutes walk.

The house is 3 beds 2 bath with a large living space and seperate office and conservatory. There are two rooms available, both good size (approx. 12m2) both rooms have built-in closets, large windows and get lots of sun. Currently rooms are unfurnished but happy to discuss options if you need it furnished. (furnishings are different than pictured).

$225 a week includes internet, gas and power. no deposit required just first and last weeks rent prior to move in.

The property has a good size back yard and is well fenced, dogs and cats are negotiable (currently no permanent pets on the property however we do intend to foster).

Currently it’s just me living in the property - Female, 25, working full time (from home half the week). Happy to socialise but also have my head down in work a lot of the time.

My partner usually stays half the week so open to living with other couples and the odd drinks or games night. The environment is pretty relaxed and LGBTQ+ friendly.
