All full-time workers, with a mixture of occupation . 1 philipino 1 Tongan and 1 kiwi , They are all a social bunch and love a good yarn, but also enjoy their downtime. They are very clean tidy and quiet, the neighbours are all family and retirees so very quiet trouble free area Ideally you are tidy, quiet and pay rent on time and open to having a good laugh!
