Hi all :)

Currently looking for a female flatmate for a single room in Hornby/Islington.

It is a 2 minute drive from The Hub Hornby, has large backyard, heaps of sun, with a modern kitchen and bathroom. All appliances included such as dish washer, washing machine, heatpump, double glazed windows, and dryer.

Very tidy, clean, and well-kept home, and very cosy.

There is also off street parking available. Welcome to park up the drive but can be a pain moving the cars around.

You’ll be living with a 2 year old Huntaway cross Border Collie dog. He is very friendly, cuddly and playful, and may want to curl up next to you on the couch.

Dogs or cats are negotiable, as long as they get along with Richie.

You must be working full time, be tidy and clean, quiet (definately no parties or wild drinking), however more than welcome to have a couple of friends around for dinner and quiet drinks.

Power is to be split ($25 roughly a week) and fibre internet is included.
