Furnished room in Manurewa/Manukau flexible for short or long stay. Located down the back of a family friendly private driveway. Tidy, safe and comfortable home with some plants.
5 minutes walk to Homai train station and Wiri Commercial area or Bus Stop 6822 for Bus Route 365: Manukau Station, Homai, Manurewa, Takanini Station, Porchester Road, Papakura Station.
10min drive to Manukau Westfield. 15min drive to Airport. Near to Western Motorway, Southern Motorway & Great South Road.
We will have a Christmas Tree from November to January :)
Street parking but can park a Motorbike/Scooter off-street.
About the roomies
Sharing home with a working female (34yrs) and fortnightly with son (5yrs) who both love pizza and skating.
Happy to share conversation, food and activities.
We like learning languages and would be helpful to someone wanting to learn English.
Bonus if you like to watch Friends, Greys Anatomy or have interest in gaming, lego, soccer/football.
