Good sized room, wardrobe and a window facing the driveway. Close to Feilding High School, nearby shop & BP. It can be a bit noisy in the mornings & afternoons due2 the high school. But you willhave the back room. Also my unit is joined onto the neighbors. So you may hear kitchen noise on & off, they work from 8am until 3.30pm.

Just myself living here. I am a chilled , clean and a quiet 50ish woman. I am wanting someone who is quite Similar to myself & preferablyworking fulltime.. I prefer no pets sorry. I have on occasions my family pop in & my grandson mostly afterschool.. We have boundries. You will be asked to supply your own food & bathroom accessories.
