Come join our warm and lovely 2023 build house in Rolleston. Its a 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms and a lovely backyard that we are still working on to be ready for summer 😅 The neighbourhood is quiet and safe with lovely neighbours around. Pedal Pusher, Pocket full of spices and X-Beerience is just within 5-10mins walk from the house. Rolleston Square with unlimited food and entertainment options is only 5mins drive (or 15mins walks if you are up for that).

We have 2 x fully furnished rooms available. Both rooms come with a bedside table, queen bed, comfortable mattress and a generous double wardrobe. The kitchen is equipped with everything you’d need to cook a great meal. You will have a separate fridge and pantry for storing and preparing your food. Parking is on street and always available in abundance infront of the house.

This is a smoke and pet free house.

The house is currently occupied by me and my husband. We are both in our early 30s and full time working professionals. We both enjoy socialising, watching movies, gardening, travelling, reading books and exploring new places. We are on the lookout for someone clean, responsible and professional to join us.
