About the room
We have a room up for grabs in Flat Bush available now
The room is a good size (approx 3.5m x 3.2m) with built-in double wardrobe that fits a queen bed, drawers and desk. It gets plenty of sunlight.
Fully furnished house with two heat pumps to keep warm during winter. The yard has 4 decks so you’re spoilt for choice on where to tan or chill during the Summer. Plenty of grass and concrete in the yard, large lounge, dining area, open plan kitchen with plenty of appliances and two shared main bathrooms. There is road parking available.
Local area: Lots of takeaway options, gyms, malls. supermarkets. Bus stop + close drive to the motorway.
Rent is $230 incl. expenses (gas, water, power, unlimited fibre internet, cleaning products, lawns). Gas means we never run out of hot water, great in winter!

- late 20s - mid 30s, previous flatting experience, clean, wants to stay long term, after a chill flat, friendly
- works similar hours (Mon - Fri during the day)
- No smokers, couples or pets (Spyro and Felix will happily accept cuddles and pats)

About the roomies

Three females and one males, early 30s, working full time (Kelsey - Marketing, Sam - Automotive, Mae - Admin and Chloe - Automative). Social but also enjoy our own space/time.

Two cats that are both friendly (Felix - will try to convince you he hasn’t been fed and clings to Kelsey, Spyro - more likely to snuggle up with you once he is comfortable)

Known to smack talk neighbours cats, watch Felix and Spyro have one outs and judge each others UberEats orders. Watch shows together every now and then. Not a party house but open to flat hangs.

To keep things fair and the flat clean, we have a rotating roster for household cleaning.
