Brand new 3 bedroom home in Richmond. The room is furnished, super spacious and has a good sized double wardrobe. The third bedroom is used as an office/study. Room has use of the main bathroom and separate toilet.
Plenty of street parking available. Happy to discuss off street parking depending on vehicle.
Garden is sunny and landscaped with nice outdoor furniture. Lovely area to relax on a sunny afternoon!
Close to pub, cafe, movie theatre and other eateries. Greenway/park is right next to the house which links onto the cycle trail.
About the roomies
Current flatmates are a couple in the mid 20s/early 30s. We are both working professionals who are easy going and enjoy having a tidy home.
We enjoy the outdoors (hiking, mountain biking) and have an older dog and cat.
