I have 2 spare rooms in my upstairs townhouse , one furnished bedroom 1 empty I would be happy to let whoever moves in have use of both the rooms if needed😊 there is a seperate toilet mirror and small basin upstairs also . I hate 3 cats so you need to like animals they mostly keep to themselves but 1 is a real cuddler

I recently seperated and work full time . I am pretty laid back but like tidy and clean but not super fussy I have a spa that is my saving grace but I am happy to share Like the odd drink but definitely not a party house
