Warm and dry 2 story townhouse that still needs some renovation but has new double glazing a great heat pump and a small private garden that is great for a BBQ and that I’m about to plant fresh vege to supply the house. Its walking distance to the city center, a small block away from the uni bus route, and easy walking distance to 4 other bus routes. There is space to lock away a bike or a scooter. It’s fully furnished but I’m happy to make room for your things if you want. There is a color printer/scanner but we would need to sort something for the ink use if you wanted to use it other than for the odd page of printing.

I’ve done lots of things in my life from banking to teaching and am now working full time in mental health so at home sanity is appreciated. I’m not always home but when I am I enjoy cooking and gardening, happy to sort sharing meals or not depending on what suits. I am looking for someone that can clean up after themselves while I’m a bit past parties grown up socializing is fine.
